Eligibility: The artist must be within 30 miles of MosCo. Non-juried, open submission.

Specifications: Artwork must be original and completed within the last three years. 

Size Limits: Maximum Artwork Size: No larger than 30 inches on the longest side.

Digital Entry Requirements:
Prepare digital entry images to the following specifications:
Dimensions: 1800 pixels for the longest side of artwork.
File format: .jpg (no exceptions)
Resolution: 300 dpi Maximum size of image: 3.0 Mb.
File name: LastFirstInitialTitle.jpg (Example: DoeJRedBarn.jpg)

Accepted Entries:
Only one entry per artist will be accepted. If your work sells you may bring in a replacement piece.

Framing:
All wall artwork must be framed in sturdy frames, ready for hanging with wire or free-standing. 

Sales:
ARTWORK MUST BE FOR SALE. No price changes will be accepted. Moscow Contemporary will handle all sales and retain a 40% commission on sales.

Conditions and Liabilities:
No work may be withdrawn before the end of the exhibit. Moscow Contemporary reserves the right to photograph artwork or copy images for promotional purposes. Insurance coverage is exclusively onsite during the exhibit. The submission of entries to this exhibit shall constitute an agreement by the artist to the terms and conditions set forth in this prospectus.
