NO SCHOOL ART PROGRAMMING

Moscow Contemporary's No School Art Program (NSAP) is dedicated to hosting free art and writing classes for kids during days when school is not in session. We host artists and organizations to offer art inspired workshops. Each day will be a different art class taught by a new teacher. Class is limited to 10 students, Ages 5-12 years old.

The programming is FREE to all.
Registration is required.

    Do your kiddo(s) like to create work to decorate your home? Then they will love this detailed class on how to paint barn quilts with Nancy Attebury.

  • Watercolor Your Favorite Sweater

    Jan. 26th

    Learn how to work with watercolors and design a magical sweater. Emphasis on colors and using your imagination!

  • Stained Glass Tree

    Jan. 29th

    Create a beautiful tree that looks like stained glass but it's really watercolor.

  • Mystery Masterpiece

    10:00-11:30am

    Join Mary Lee in an mystery led art project. Make art without knowing what you’re going to do ahead of time is hard, but boy is it fun!

  • Power of Repetition

    Jan. 15th

    1:00-2:30pm

    This class the students will play with the idea of repetition and the power that it invokes through the repetitive process of art making.
